The Information entered below is a REQUEST and DOES NOT GUARANTEE vehicle availability. Once we receive your request we will contact you to confirm that the vehicle you requested is available.

ALL VEHICLES HAVE A 3 HOUR MINIMUM IF YOU ARE IN THE LYNCHBURG/AMHERST/ALTAVISTA/APPOMATTOX/FOREST AREAS
(EXCLUDES AIRPORT/TRAIN/BUS PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS)

WHEN SUBMITTING THE FORM BELOW PLEASE MAKE SURE TO SELECT AT LEAST 3 HOURS. DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION THE MINIMUM HOURS MAY BE MORE.

To reserve a vehicle there will be a 25% NONREFUNDABLE deposit which will go towards the total reservation amount. Final payment is due 1 week before the reservation. Once the final payment is made to the reservation there is NO REFUND if the reservation is canceled this is why we strongly encourage customer to only pay the deposit at the time of booking. A refund will not be issued for any amount that was paid over the 25% NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.

There is also a $30 service fee on every reservation excluding flat rate airport/train/bus pick ups and drop offs.

20% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO ALL RESERVATIONS.

A 5% FUEL SURCHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL BOOKINGS.

THERE IS NO SMOKING IN ANY OF THE VEHICLES!
